The Taj Mahal is made of a special white precious marble and decorated with calligraphy; it consists of a central dome and four minarets as a mosque. The dome is the most prominent feature of the Taj Mahal; it has a height of 73 metres (240 feet) from the ground, and the four minarets are positioned at the corners of the four sides of the main building; their height is 41 metres (135 feet), and they are built slightly tilted away from the main building to prevent them from falling on it in case of an earthquake.
The garden that surrounds the Taj Mahal is also an attractive part of the architecture. The style of the garden is taken from traditional Islamic culture as Charbagh style,” which means four gardens.” This type of garden is described in the Quran as the garden of heaven,” and it has a centre water channel. Same as we can see the style of water channel that is present in the garden of the Taj Mahal and how it reflects the Taj Mahal.

The calligraphy on the Taj Mahal is written with black marble, and it is a mix of Arabic and Persian script taken from the Quran and passages about the rewards of paradise and the mercy of God Allah. Over all, the design and style of the architecture of the Taj Mahal are taken from the Quran.
The tomb of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan is made with white precious marble and has delicate floral design and inlay work with verses from the Quran inscribed on it.
